1. Service Description

TYSSI provides a custom song creation service. Users provide personal details and stories, and we use AI technology to generate unique, personalized songs. The service includes a free preview and a paid full-quality download.

2. Pricing and Payment

Previewing your song is completely free. The full studio-quality song is available for $19.99 (USD). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices may change without prior notice, but any price changes will not affect previously completed purchases.

3. Song Ownership and Usage

Once purchased, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the song for personal purposes. This includes:

  • Playing the song privately
  • Sharing it as a gift
  • Posting it on personal social media
  • Using it in personal videos

Commercial use (advertising, resale, public broadcast) is not permitted without written consent.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to love your song. If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

  • We will create a new version for free based on your feedback
  • If you are still not satisfied after the revision, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase

5. Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse service for requests that contain hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content. Songs must be intended as genuine gifts or personal expression.

6. AI-Generated Content

Songs are generated using AI music technology (Google Lyria 3 Pro). While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally include imperfections. Each song is unique and generated in real-time based on your input.

7. Limitation of Liability

TYSSI is provided “as is.” We do our best to deliver high-quality songs but cannot guarantee that results will meet every expectation. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the song.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
